This ‘Old Queenslander’ designed home was completely renovated and rebuilt in 2015 and promises an unforgettable holiday for you all.     The design of Beach Pavilion invites with connecting pavilion walkways, large bi-fold doors, louver windows and high ceilings to embrace the tropical lifestyle. The living and lounge pavilion, opens out to views at each end. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasting striking stone bench tops, breakfast bar, modern appliances and also lends to an elegant dining suite perfect for entertaining large groups. A lounge and TV area opens to an undercover entertainment area with outdoor dining, built in BBQ and outdoor bar fridge. A large in-ground pool surrounded by tropical gardens with sun lounges and deck completes this magnificent outdoor living area. The backyard rain forest garden is an added delight. With only a one minute walk to the famous Four Mile Beach and a delightful shady playground for the children, Beach Pavilions is the perfect place for a special family holiday.

What a wonderful stay we had at this beautifully renovated property.  Fabulous large open plan design to the main living pavilion with plenty of seating spaces for all the family.  The separate sleeping pavilion was spacious with a couple of ensuites plus main bathroom.  Beautifully appointed furninshings and fittings throughout.  Bi-fold doors from the living area lead out to a paved dining area with BBQ.  The pool was huge with a lovely deck and sun lounges and was well stocked with pool toys for the kids.  And just a few minutes stroll to 4 Mile Beach - wonderful!  Would deinitely stay again!
